I really enjoy using my little Crawford Falcon fixed blade, but I hate wearing it around my neck, and I don't trust that clip to put it on my belt. Any ideas for modifying the sheath so that it will be able to ride on my belt. I've thought about some type of industrial glue and another piece of plastic for the belt loop, before I go and ruin my sheath, any ideas? I've even thought of creating my own sheath, and making some type of hard plastic liner, or even easier, make some type of leather outer material to go around the existing CRKT sheath. What have you done?

You could probably make a secure belt loop out of kydex and attach it with Chicago screws. You might also want to look at some pre-made kydex or concealex belt clips that Knifekits or others offer.
Regards,
Greg

Jens Anso has a good tutorial about kydex (including belt loop) posted on another forum. Try searching "Kydexsheath Tutorial by Jens Anso" on The Knife Network Forums.
