The current AL handled 710's are distributed as a special edition thru. Moteng. I like the texture on the AL handles, which is pretty grippy; slighty more grippy than the G10 version. I went ahead and stuck my M-2 710 blade into the AL handles, thus making a super-710. If BM would make a production Super-710, BM would have, probably, the strongest, best cutting folding knife in the genre (as long as the factory sharpening was upgraded--but that's a whole different topic).
