I've been searching around here and reading about Kukri's. HI seems to get the most praise while KH seems to be kinda up in the air.
I really like the look of that aluminum handled Angkhola though. Plus they're buy one get one free and a friend of mine wants the other. After we split the price we basically get a Kukri with free shipping.
What do you guys know or think about the aluminum handle? Any experience? I kinda like the thought, but I'm no expert. I'll be using this knife for camping and basic trail blazing, medium type chopping. It'll be the larger compliment to my Buck Special with the hope of those being the only two knives I will usually need. I might have to use it for more serious "axe" duty on occasion, but I don't really forsee it.
