Next week we'll be offering some cool new colors on matte finished aluminum pens, OD Green, Desert Digital Camo, Urban Camo, Pink Tiger Stripe Camo, and one more we are waiting on.

All of these are Type 3 Mil Spec hardcoat anodized with a matte finish.

A few pics of Investigator Pens and Modular Pen Sets, the Extreme Duty Pens are still 4-6 weeks out.....

What can you tell me about the digicam pen? The mill work looks different from your other pens.

Ok, the urban & digi camo look good, but curiosity has got me on the blurred one. I've got my assumptions, but I won't say, as I think it'll be a great surprise if I'm right. Either way, even blurry, it looks great!

You do realize that the digicam Investigator is upside down compared to the other four right?

Do you ever look at the picture to see what I'm talking about or just type away clueless? I'm talking about the ball milling and new hole half way down the pen...that I haven't seen before because I don't live on the Hinderer forum or eat sleep breath their pen line...

One of each please. The green Investigator is pretty darn cool in my opinion. I think I have at least 5 Investigators already but one more won't hurt.

That tiger stripe camo is awesome!!! Why would you guys only make it in pink though? You guys also need to make it in the original Vietnam MACV SOG camo colors!

Do you think before you type or are you just stupid? You specifically mentioned the "digicam pen" without stating whether you are referring to the Modular Pen Sets or the Investigators. Please enlighten me as to how the "digicam" Modular Pen or the "digicam" Investigator is different than OD Green, Urban Camo, or Pink Tiger Stripe Camo versions of the same design?

The Modular Pen Sets picture above have the same holes and ball milling as the Modular Pen Sets before:

The holes are there for inserting the tools (tightening pins) in order to add or remove the various body parts.

Gentlemen,

I lieu of infractions, I'm only going to tell you this once. You are in a manufacturer forum. Post respectfully in regards to the forum and each other or not at all. Any postings continuing in this manner will be met with infractions.

I don't know why but the pink Camo really reminds me of paintball...markers, ammo, clothing, etc.

The green ano. is looking very good. (If)... Multicam would likely get serious consideration too.

Those are some good-looking pens! I recently finally decided to try out an Extreme Duty pen (copper) and love it.

I also have a copper investigator that is awesome too. One of the things I like best about both is the heft and solid feel to them. I had an aluminum Investigator briefly but found it too light. I assume that an aluminum Extreme would be proportionally just as light?

The aluminum pens are not very heavy and while it's an understandable concern for some...I use my Investigators in either a back-up to a clicky role or as a "going-minimalist" carry so lightweight is an attribute.

Btw...main reason I own an aluminum and SS FDE DLC I...is because the authorized vender mis-listed the first one I bought in search of SS. Because I carry the SS instead of aluminum when it rolls as my only pen.

These are available now, just pulled the trigger on a desert digi-cam one. I guess I'll find out if it's hefty enough for me..
