am i the only one who likes the manix 2?

I agree I love the Manix 2, it seems like the perfect marriage of features.

my only complaint is the stiffness of the ball lock and it seeming to need 2 hands to close it. but then I also heard about the lock loosing up over time, dunno.

I'm liking the Manix 2 quite a bit. I think you'll be hearing plenty more about it once a few more hit the street. It's still pretty new, not many people have them yet.

You can't find a american made G-10 folder at it's size and quality anywhere.
$70-90 is a steel for what you get.Look at the spyderco p'kal it's allmost twice the price, but it does have s30v not 154 cm.

I am sure it will be a great knife. But it just looks like a "Native" on steroids to me. I would have to handle the lock in person to decide if I were to like it over the old lockback style. But it does look to be a well built knife. I hope it's a home run for Spyderco!

:)

Really like my Manix 2. It reminds me alot of my other favorite edc, the Hinderer XM-18.

I realize that this is a very strong compliment to the Manix, and once you handle one you'll know that it's not undeserved!

I wouldn't mind trying the Manix II....the price is great. I've refrained because I'm not a fan of the saber grind. On a positive note.....I'll definitely buy a FFG S90V Manix II when it comes out.
