Am I the only one who wishes the screws were flush on the 25?

I'm not sure why CRK made them different, but I find myself wanting the two slab screws, and even the large pivot screw, to be more flush on my 25. I never notice the screw-heads on my 21s, but my fingers seem to find them on the 25. Am I the only one who would like a some low-profile screws for the 25, or do folks really dig the button-heads?

I'm fine with the standoff screws, but I really wouldn't mind if the pivot screw head was more flat.

Funny you should mention that but the last few days I have been noticing them and thinking I kind of like them. I really don't know why, maybe it is because my 25 is plain and the other sebenzas I own are all inlays so they are little thicker and feel a little grippier and maybe those screws just give me something extra to hold on to. I can't put my finger on it but I like them.

Not the only one, I'd not only like them flush, or at least reduced in height but I'd also like the stand off screws to be a two piece that goes through the spacer like it is on the 21.

I don't own a 25, but if I did I would prefer the screws to be flush.

I wish you could still get the low profile highly polished clip screws too. I lost one a few weeks back, and the one they sent was larger, and inbetween polished and matte. Didn't match the other screws at all, and stood higher than the others. I called and they said they were all this way now.
Luckily, I looked in the safe again and found an old style clip screw.
Now if I could just find the old style(late90's) clip I've lost.

Ken is it the flat clip, first style. If so I have a couple somewhere that you can have if I can find them.

Yep, you are not the only one. I too find the 25's pivot screws a bit bothersome in certain grips and also that it throws off the aesthetics some. The 21 has such a clean look with ALL 3 screws (1 pivot, 2 body) being equal and the same. Good suggestion. :thumbup:
