Am in want of some Nickel silver liners and pins

Hello and again thanks for all your help in the past. Now I am in want of some nickel silver liner materiel for a small kitchen utility knife for a bros wife as well as 3/16 pins to attach them. where would you go to find such a thing? I have checked the usual suspects with no luck.
