Amazing Customer Service

So I recently picked up a Small Micarta Insingo, and I have to tell you, it's probably the closest thing to a "perfect" knife that I've found thus far (I think my Spydies are starting to feel neglected). I was gifted a Mnandi with walnut inlays last year which I absolutely love, but the Insingo is definitely more of an every day type of folder. That said, unless I'm doing yard work or camping or something similar, I tend to carry my knives deep pocket and clipless. I called CRK to order a Ti clip insert on Monday. When on the phone with the lady, she was extremely nice and helpful (I feel like a jerk for not remembering her name now). Thinking aloud, I mentioned ordering some more grease but then decided against it and told her that I will order some more soon instead. My insert showed up today with a complimentary 5g tube of grease! How nice and thoughtful is that!? It's little things like this that go so far. Between the amazing customer service and the quality of the product, CRK has made yet another customer for life.
