I just had to make a post about the amazing customer service and support I have recieved from the crew at ATC especially Suzanne. I am lossing my computer and access to the internet today so this is my last chance to post until I get home. Let me paint a picture for you. I am in Kandahar Afghanistan attached to the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault). I decided to spend some of my saved money on a Hawk for myself. I already posted a message outlining my happiness with the Hawk. It is my favourite but I just wished I had had it sooner.
Later my CO came into my hooch and took a liking to my RR Spike so we decided to get one for him as his departure gift. Suzanne steered me through all the issues despite the 10 hour time difference and the agony of email. Everything sounds normal but I have to have the Hawks shipped to another far off destination where I will be in 10 days. As well as 4 other hawks which are being shipped to the great white north that I got for myself. By the way I have to read up if I now have collector status yet!
All in all Suzanne has helped me through all the issues, advised me on design for the engraving, and most importantly was patient with my constant emails with questions and the couple times I changed my mind. (She doesn't know it yet but I am going to order some more stuff once I finish this post
) I am so pleased that I was able to sort out this issue before I leave to go home. ATC is a first class outfit that has gone out of its way to help me while I am overseas. I can not sing the praises of ATC enough. Good people.
