Kershaw customer service has to be the best in the industry. Without going into detail, I asked for a little spring fix. They fixed it AND made sure it would happen again, AND if it did, sent enough supplies to fix it again for life! Thank you to the Kershaw crew!:)

There are so many of these threads there should be an ongoing sticky with all of our experiences. I'm not complaining, I'm just stating that these comments are so common in the Kershaw section that a dedicated thread should remain at the top of the page.

+1 on this. A dedicated CS thumbs up sticky would make life alot easier. I think we also need a sticky were the regulars can go back and search out their common fixes (torsion bars, tear downs, et.) and post the links. There are some very good "how to" threads with pics that several of the members have put together. Both threads need to state that they are only for the designated purpose not chit chat.

+4 on this one. There's a lot of new Kershaw owners that
post here on taking down Kershaws for cleaning and such. It would
be nice to have a place with all the how to's/pics for them to check out.
I know I was scared as hell the 1st time I took down my $200 Random Task.
 
I haven't needed Kershw CS yet....but as my collection accumulates and sees more and more use it is comforting to know how well they treat their customers. Thanks everyone over there on the Left Coast! :D
