Amazon HELP!!!

You have to click "contact us" and then they ask for registration but you can go to the bottom and bypass that and click again and you will get an enabled email form.

That link is apparently for inquiries regarding orders. My attempted inquiry is regarding my effort to do a review of a product that I bought through Amazon - a review they requested. I was happy to do a review 'cause the product worked very well. But the screen to do the review has no button to submit/next/more/proceed/finished/go/done/complete/thank you -- only one to review it. All I get, after five minutes at "email" at "Customer Service" [sic] is "The order ID you enterred doesn't look correct." This apparently feres to what I enterred in what guess is the topic or subject box.

I say "apparently" and "guess" because, with a 3-power magnifying glass and 20/20 vision, I cannot read 90%+ of the text on the page I reach via that link. Magnified, it's just a blurry line of shapes.

Of course, if they don't want to be bothered, instructions in text you can't read works fairly well.

I've never found Amazon to be particularly easy to do anything but order from. However, I think that this should work:
1) Search/Navigate to the product details page for the item you want to review.
2) At the top of that page, you should see a "customer reviews" link -- click it
3) Just below the "Customer Reviews" section header, you should see a "Create an online review" link -- click it
4) After entering your product review, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you should see a yellow "Preview your review" button. This is where I stopped, but I assume that if you've entered all the information they want you to and click the preview button, you'll get a preview page, probably containing a legal disclaimer, and a "Submit your review"-type button to click.

Pressed "Preview" button three times. After a couple of seconds, the page would blink and I'd be back to the same screen - no change.

Do you have a mouse with a scroll wheel?

If so, hold the ctrl button down and scroll the wheel "up" one notch - enlarges the text on the entire page.
