Amazon Knife

While Amazon is not as bad as certain other online retailers, you still run the risk of getting a counterfeit or knock off knife if you aren't buying through a recognized knife dealer.

You didn't indicate what your budget was (or the gift card value) but I'd look at the relatively affordable Kabar Big Brother, if a Bowie style is of interest to you.
 
Amazon has a number of reputable brands that make these types of knives, including Esse, Bradford, SOG, Spyderco, Boker, etc.

Edit: especially now when it comes with a kydex sheath, which must be an improvement over the original semi crappy sheath

You need to look at the 3rd party seller who is selling the knife. Some reputable dealers sell on Amazon, such as BladeHQ. If it's some place you are unfamiliar with, investigate the seller before you buy from them.

You can also get the FakeSpot extension/add-on for your browser, which will warn you about some unreliable sellers and fake reviews,

You need to upload your pic onto an image hosting site. I use postimage.org; others use imgur, etc.
Once you upload there should be a direct link that you should copy.
When you post here, there is an "insert image" icon. Click on that icon and paste the link you copied.
That's it.
