Hi guys. I have been busy between work, snow and the shop!
Here is a pic of a knife I goofed the stamp on, but decided to finish it out anyhow, so I would have a "nice knife" for myself.
It is 1084, amber stag carved bone with nickel silver pins and thong hole.
Cutting edge is 4.25", OAL is 8.75". Flat ground blade, edge quenched.
This one has been a big learning experience for me, and I am using what I learned to finish another one of the same design for my father in law in Norway, except his will be a "letter opener"
At least that is what the custom form will say!

that's a lovely lovely knife. I need to make myself a pretty knife as a form of advertising I guess.
