American Carbon Steel Chefs Knife?

Are there any American firms still making the carbon steel kitchen knives like Old Hickory and Forgecraft, but with a chefs knife in the lineup? I have seen the OH 8" chef, but it seems to be discontinued. I found an old butcher and slicer from Forgecraft and I've cleaned them up, and I can't get over how easy they were to clean and sharpen, but I really like a little blade clearance for chopping.

I would prefer something 8" or less, I can't pay over $50, and it seems most good-looking Forgecraft 10" chefs on eBay are a bit too expensive. So, are there any good alternatives left? If I can't find an all-American option, it's no big deal, reasonable Japanese knives are plentiful, I was just hoping to find a domestic option now that I am liking these few examples I have found.

Have you seen Dexter Russell green river Carbon Knives? 8 inch is around $45

Bob Kramer 10" Carbon Steel Chef’s Knife by Zwilling J.A. Henckels is available but its made in Japan.
