Neat looking knife. Did you burn out or drill out the tang hole in the handle?

Drill and file and broach. Tang is about 5" long, so it's way in there.

Thats gotta be the easiest to make sheath I have ever seen. Probably common, but I never thought of that (I do a lot of thermoforming). Simply heat the plastic and form the foldover to contour exactly to any shape. Sweet blade too.

The large handle is a big improvement from a normal leuku. I can't understand how anyone can chop with them because of the small handle
