Is the Rogers Rangers hawk available in a plain handle (i.e., withOUT any branding burned into the handle)? I'm interested in getting one and customizing my own handle.

You can absolutely get the handles plain for customizing.

Also, we've had several military units contact us regarding having their unit patches and scrolls done. They're using the Rogers Rangers spike as their exclusive parting gift for retiring and transferring members and officers. If anyone is interested, please contact us directly. We have the brands custom made. I'll post some pictures.

Makes me consider a plain handle for a less modern appaearance, i kinda like the minute man brand though.

As far as the pictures i was looking for I just wanted to see a close up of the head.

Thanks. I just finished placing my order. I also ordered a spare handle to experiment with. In the "comments" part of the order, I specified that they be plain with no branding. Looking forward to it!
 
Got it and it'll ship out USPS w/Delivery Confirmation tomorrow.

As an FYI, what we're doing for Colonel, is we're shipping the hickory handles to him plain, no stain, no varnish and not attached to the head. That way he can do up the handles and then press them in himself.

And Brody, we're getting a picture up for you here today. A close-up of the Minuteman.

Just a little followup here - I received my Rogers Rangers Field Grade Spike tomahawk today. Absolutely beautiful!!. As Suzanne said, I got it disassembled with two unfinished handles, which is exactly what I wanted. I'm really looking forward to seeing what I can do with this one. I'll be sure to post a photo once I'm done with it.

Man, that is one beautiful piece of steel!

Is there a web page that describes exactly how these tomahawks are made? I seem to recall seeing something written describing the process, but I can't find it. If not, how about a quickie description. Thanks.
