This is a knife I've been forging for a couple years and got it finished in time to enter into this year's KITH. If I had to do it over, I would spend another 3 months ordering and testing different wrap materials for the Tsuka. I'm really happy with the rayskin Same. I really enjoy the low layer damascus over the higher layer stuff.

Lookin good! If you didn't really like your cord (I think its fantastic) and have a Hancock fabrics around, go in their ribbon section and look for a spool of 3/8 lanyard cord. They sell it in black, white and red. It's polyester, wraps very nicely and accepts epoxy very well. When cured it looks as dry as before you put it on. Its what I use for my handles. Check it out if you get a chance.
