Americas Best axe

i recently bought an old axe from a friend it was pretty rusted. I started cleaning it up found it had a brand name Americas Best it also had a number 4 stamped below the the brands name does any one know anything about this axe
 
"America's Best" was the store brand for the Moore-Handley Hardware Company, in Birmingham Alabama. Probably made by one of the major axe makers at the time.
