I had the privilege of training with Rafael in Orlando last August, for one hot afternoon, and he is a terrific instructor-thorough and patient. I also had the privilege of training with AMOK! founder Tom Sotis a couple of weekends ago in Prescott, Arizona, and the experience was also incredible. Tom Sotis is possibly the most ferocious instructor I have ever trained under, but also a genuinely good guy. AMOK! is constantly evolving, and incredibly effective for the street and self defense. Nothing "martial artsy" or impractical-just how to use a blade in the most effective manner possible.

I'm glad you had the opportunity to train witht the Prof. Things have change since you came down. Like the Prof saids if you haven't seing AMOK! lately you dont know AMOK!. Thank you again and hope to cross blades with you in the future.

I hang around here quite a bit Tom will be out my way (Bangkok) for a few weeks this month. Looking forward to seeing my friends again. AMOK! Randy

A buddy and I had an SKS project to complete yesterday otherwise I would have liked to have attended this. Another friend and I had spoken about it - he's the owner of a local knife store... I wonder if anyone wants to give us a little info about the event - maybe even post a couple of photos?

Next time AMOK is in town I would like to check 'em out and I'm sorry to have missed this event.

We do a Saturday morning Hapkido class in Daytona and then head over to the range to try her out on the 30th...

The guys that show up and myself worked out pretty hard. I haven't heard from the guys yet but im sure that i can speak for all of us when i say that we a little bruised up today. Next seminar will be next month i'm looking at May 21st. I will know for sure in the next couple days. I will email the information as soon i have it.
