i just bought this AMSMO from another forum member, VoxHog. Thanks VoxHog. I love the way this knife feels in the hand, the fit and finish is beautiful and it is so nice I almost don't want to use it.

They are nice. I snagged one of each and I can't bring myself to use either of them. Hopefully I'll find a user someday and buy it lol.

Thanks VXD. You, someone pointed this out on the forum. Just curious to confirm and find out more about them .....:)

....also wished that I could find out why they choose this knife with these characteristics.

Found this with google:

http://books.google.ca/books?id=I5J...zgK#v=onepage&q=special task force 14&f=false

...seems that there is a book relating the supposedly true story of an SAS unit. A Task Force 14 is mentioned in the beginning of this book.... It was the name given by the American forces to the British SAS in Iraq.... At least back in 2007...
That's all I found with Google, thus far.....not proof of anything yet.

Just received my AMSMO from VoxHog and also really like it . First Busse for me. Have a few SwampRats - Chopweiler, RMD, and Rodent 3 . Great knives, but glad to have a Busse. Also mine will be a user .

I USED to have two, one Tan and one Black canvas... :grumpy:
My wife saw the Tan canvas one and asked if she could have it! So that AMSMO is hers now! :D
Sweet, sweet blade!!!!

Congratulations!!!

Congrats on a sweet knife. Go ahead and use it, that's what they're made for.
