I just got my Ganza package, wrapped around my blades... a Hellrazor (notice the Satanic reference there) and the Jackhammer (looks like something an occult would use to cut somebody's heart out while it was still beating mwuahahaha) was a love note that read, "Hi Mike, Amy-0" with a leering devil smiley that was subliminally saying, "you are a slave to infi fool... abandon all hope, your Gerber god can not help you now!"

I think I need a priest... I'm doomed!

Maybe Jerry could make a blade called the Exorcist to rid me of these info demons! ;)

Cut me some slack... in one month... actually about three weeks, I've acquired

2 CG Hellrazors
1 CH Jackhammer
1 FBM
1 Muddy Game Warden
1 Active Duty
1 Satin Jack Embrace the Suck
1 Batac

The bank is broken...

As for Gerber... the LMF isn't a bad knife. Its no Busse (not by a long shot), but its a lot of Blade for $60. And last I checked Busses aren't insulated against electrical charges. You are free of course to grab a stock Busse and test that theory for us! Post links to youtube if you survive. :D

hmmm.
I got badly electrocuted when trying to unscrew an outlet in my room.
Used a SOG Twitch and the entire blades tip literally got torn apart and burned. I do wonder how a Busse would hold up :confused:
Send me your infi heart extractor and I'll give her a test and post the Vid on you tube . I seem to be immune to electric shock now :thumbup:

BATAC and one of the CH Hellrazors most likely. I like the Muddy GW for its size. Perfect for my Maxpedition get home bag. I hate the finish on it, but the size is just right. The BATAC I like, but am not enamored with. The Active Duty is a great small trail knife with a longer grip for my big hands and a little longer blade than the GW... so its probably the most utilitarian out of all of them. The FBM is going in my emergency bag. I had an HI Khukuri in it before, but the FBM packs much better and can accomplish anything the Khuk can I'm sure. One CG Hellrazor is enough, might get a finished one someday. The Embrace The Suck is a commemorative, so it just goes in the safe. The Jack hammer... well that is like a little piece of Amy-0's dark and hardened infi soul. :D
 
Yea I agree, That muddy finish on the GW is fugly.. I would just strip it.
I have always had a problem with the quality and durability of the newer coatings Busse uses. Anything crinkle is nasy. The finish on my broken Ka bar looks and holds up much better. That really is my biggest complaint. Some of the old school black coating and Tan was really nice. What happened? And don't get me started on TAC handles... Drop the BATAC like its hot my good man..

Check out some of the older SJs and BAIIIs. Those handles are perfection .
(ahhh ,the good ol' days)

How is the HI Khukuri ? Are thoses handles comfortable under heavy use?

Hi Khuks and comfort are heavily dependent upon the model, which kami made it, the size of your hands and whether you modify the end cap or not - they are rather pointed and some people dremel them a little to take the bite off. They are solid chopping implements, and for $100 they are hard to beat. The problem is the sheaths are ungainly, the curvature of the blade does not lend itself as well to packing as say the FBM would, and they are pretty prone to rust if allowed to get wet and left unoiled. I will say this, the scariest sight in the world has to be a 5'6 150 pound Ghurka smiling at you with a khukuri in his hand. I will probably be dumping a bunch of my khuks soon. People used to joke with me that you need to buy 3-4 of each model and find the one you like because they are like snowflakes, no two are the same. They are right. I have four British Army Service khuks and 3 WWII model khuks sitting in front of me, I have definite favorites among them.
