Amy,

I got the UG/Black & Tan today. It is great and it shaves like a ZDP Spyderco!

Also the slabs seem more finished than my Black Mag G-10 FBM and even seem a little smaller in the hand. I have to go do things I can charge people for right now. I'll tale some measurements and photos later.

Those are amazing! I just picked up a ZDP Calypso off the Exchange ( wouldn't have seen it if there was a separate Busse exchange :D ), and I can't get over how wicked sharp it is. The edge profile seems to be a much shallower angle than my regular VG10 Calypso, so that's certainly the reason; but I assume they know the edge can survive at that angle with this steel.

Great minds DO think alike!!! :D

Here are some photos:D

The Black and Tan knife does have smaller mag scales vs the Black G-10 and the LE. I think it is because they are more rounded as I have tried to show in the photos, and they are thinner by just three tenths of an inch.

Also the blade isn't as wide by three tenths. I think you can see that in the photos.

Oh and some other nice little knife came today too:thumbup:

I am very pleased with the apearance of my Urban Shadow Camo/Black and Tan FBM CG.

My handle doesn't have much of the tan color, it looks great against the grey blade.

I think there was some matching involved when the blades were mated with handles. Mine are very consistent side to side but they have a lot less tan color than many of the pictures.

I think I'm going to start EDCing it. The camo should make it disapear on my hip. No one will notice.

I hear ya about the camo... I had mine on some gray, looked UG and I took a pic, posted it here, and now I remember that I have the USC as you can tell... It just blended right in to the gray!!! ...Speaking of blended... *hic* LOL :D
