I asked Amy about how many emails she received. She said about 500 - 600. So, she is VERY busy. When you consider she has to answer each email, request people to call her with payment info, then take payment info calls, I would guess at least 10 - 20 minutes per email.
It sounds like she just started sending out emails and taking calls/payment info Thursday.
I assume she was busy Monday thru Wednesday sorting the emails and requests.
I don't think 3 days to sort emails is unreasonable.
It will take a few more days to respond to emails and take calls.
When you talk to Amy she is a sweetheart though.
Very Friendly and upbeat!!!
Also, when I talked to her it was after 7:00 Wauseon time. So, I gather she is working over-time to get all of this taken care of.
