Hi Amy, I have been trying to get a hold of you for a week now and can't seem to get through. I have called the shop and was told to email you at sales@bussecombat.com I keep getting a permanent fatal error message. Could you please email me at: jeff@optimasales.com I have a warranty related issue. Thanks, Jeff
 
Having the coating rub off isn't a warranty issue. It's called use. . . not that I'd know that. ;)
 
Neither is cutting yourself - that just happens becase the knife is BUSSE SHARP!!

(trust me - I know this one!)
 
And using a "warranty issue" as an excuse JUST to talk to the Great Amy-O is grounds for dismissal from the Forum....





Not to mention the beatings you would receive from all us piglets in our jealous rage!
 
I actually had a handle seperate from the tang and slide back and forth near the talon. I was just batoning the knife through some wood.-Jeff

Hello Fatboy, Optima Sales and Marketing has nothing to do with cosmetics.
It is a Food Brokerage company. I'm an Account Executive.
However my Mother sells pharmaceutical grade skin care, called Kara Vita;)
The tube is not broken, it is just loose. As the slabs slide on the tang. Still no word from Amy.
Edited to add: You pulled up my Mothers page. My family is all self employed, so I guess she is using that site for her sales.

Fatboy..what does that have to do with his warranty issue..?
