He's not gonna like a XXXL NICK. Those Shun's have a different handle-angle to them.

The XXXL NICK is too thick anyhoo.

And if the XXXL NICK is too thick, and has the wrong blade angle . . .

Design one that isn't too thick, and that has the right blade angle.
