I just got 2 AKs today and I am totally stoked. One is black and black, the other black and green. Now this is what I originally ordered. BUT, less than 24 hours after ordering, I call the BCS (left a message after I could not get through on multiple attempts) and sent an e-mail requesting that my black and green be changed to black and gray instead. Well, obviously, nobody ever got the word.
Now I will say this is not really a problem since I love the black and green even more than the black and black, but, is there a sure-fire way to avoid this kind of thing in the future? I know you folks are super-service oriented, but rather than deal with the hassle of sending one back and all the fun that goes with that kind of thing, what would you folks suggest?

BTW, my order # is 1480 if you need a point of reference.
