Did you realize there are 33 separate parts to that handle alone?

Outstanding work and super noble gesture. You will be paid back 7 fold.

beutifull pattern, And I am realy impressed by the handle. I've done a couple with metal spacers, and know what a pain they can be, but you pulled it off.

If you don't mind me asking, what did you use for spacers between the metal? Regular vulcanized spacer material?

Thanks

Hey Ron,
That is a very nice looking blade. The pictures also turned out very good. You are getting better all the time. Hope you had a good Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas.

Ron,
How did you etch the blade with the knife already completed????
Inquiring Minds Want to Know.... :D :D :D

Thanks guys for all the nice comments.

Roy, I always etch the blade after I'm done with the knife. I just paint on a little fingernail polish on the parts that I don't want etched and dip it in the F.C. I've never had any problems doing it this way.

Will, I did use vulcanized spacer material in this knife between the bigger spacers.

Bruce B. Yes I did realize that the handle has 33 parts. LOL

Ron, that knife was great even before you etched! Yes sir, I have to tip my hat to you, that's some mighty fine work, and a great example of generosity on your part! That knife will mean a lot for many generations to come. It is also great to be reminded we have solid patriots like you,Ron.
