I read the post about not using "jerk-it" anywhere but "Whine and Cheese" and the other "R" rated forums.

It seems not many got that message, because many are still using it in forums i.e.: Practical Tactical.

I don't want my woman looking at those posts and see someone jerking it. I dont want her to regester to post either, because it is just to the right of the message box when writing a post.

I think it ought to be removed as it is in bad taste.

My .02

Thanks

The little smiley is entirely appropriate to be used in an unmoderated forum.
Some moderated forums have chosen to ban the use of it, but personally I find nothing wrong with it.

I do take offense at your terrible choice of font, size and color, however. :D

Dear Sog, I had troouble reading your post, could you make the font bigger? Thanks.

Here's my 2 cents.......

USE A NORMAL FONT SIZE!!!

If you don't like the "jerk-it" emoticon don't use it or stay out of the forums that allow it. If you are worried about your woman seeing a jerk-it emoticon you have bigger problems to worry about.

Annoying isn't it?

We'll take your request into consideration. :jerkit:

I AGREE. REMOVE THE "JERKIT" SMILEY IMMEDIATELY. AND REPLACE IT WITH A FEMALE SMILEY USING A MARITAL AID.

:jerkit: Thanks guys... I can now chuckle my way into my 50th birthday...

Now where's tha bloody bridge???? :D

Take out the  face too, I don't want my wife to be exposed to anger. And where is that thumb going on the  icon...

Tsk Tsk... it's become clear to me that since we can't quite agree on which emoticons are appropriate, they must ALL be banned to prevent offending anyone's pretend girlfriend.

BTW, until I get a memo explaining otherwise, I can only assume that chosing a large, colored font denotes your political/sexual orientation... y'know red/blue for Right/Left, purple for the Lavender People or whatever they like to be called this week, etc... we better get the mods to clear this up!

Hey sog . . . your "righteous indignation" over a f*cking EMOTICON -- which you seem to feel threatens the "honor" of your alleged "girlfriend" (does she KNOW she's your girlfriend?), has to be one of the most RETARDED postings I've ever seen here . . . and I think that must entitle you to some sort of award . . .

. . . how about you and your friend get a bladeforums bukakke?

I don't want my woman looking at those posts and see someone jerking it, as we're "saving ourselves" for marriage so as not to become "fornicators" and since she hasn't even seen MY weiner yet, I certainly don't want her asking about all those imaginary weiners! She might get "ideas", commit a SIN, and discover I'm built like a Ken doll . . . there was an unfortunate accident years ago that involved some peanut butter and one of the neighbor's dogs. :(
Okay, THAT might be a valid explanation for your disproportionate level of "offense" over an innocuous "smiley."

WHAT??? You're going to forbid her from registering for bladeforums? I wonder what SHE thinks of that? Have you told her yet? "Honey, if I find out you've registered to post at MY favorite site, I'm gonna be soooooo mad I'll tie a 5 foot lanyard to my knife and start twirling it over my head!"

You are a dipsh*t. :jerkit: :jerkit: :jerkit: :jerkit: :jerkit:

Here's my list for consideration too, please:

:foot: (Foot in mouth)
Very offensive to those without feet or legs.

:) (Smiley a.k.a. Walmart Smiley)
Very offensive to those who have have been laid off from Walmart and have to relive the trauma by seeing it on numerous occasions, daily

 (confused)
Very offensive to those who have relatives with Alzheimers and other mental disabilities.

 (Eek a.k.a swollen eyes)
Very offensive to battered women who have to suffer repeated beatings and see their abuse being ridiculed here.

 (cool)
Very offensive to those who were not cool at school and had to suffer continuous beatings from bullies. Seeing this smiley brings back some very bad memories.

:o (Ooh a.k.a Ah shat mah pants)
Very offensive to those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

 (rolleyes)
Very offensive to those who have suffered from whiplash and can not move their necks. This smiley is an outright mocking of their disability.

 :thumbdn: (Thumb up / Thumb down)
Very offensive to those relatives of Gladiators, who were forced against their will to kill or be killed. These two signs literally meant life or death to them.

:grumpy: (Grumpy a.k.a Ugly)
Very offensive to those who are not good looking. The mirror laughs at them every morning, do they have to see it here too?

I vote we bring in the "T" icon.

I pity the fool whose girlfriend can't see spankie!
