Hello Porch:

This thread is for an extraordinary gentleman.


A few weeks ago I made a post in the GEC 65 thread asking for advice on where to source a pocket slip for that particular frame/knife. A Porch Member reached out and offered to make me a slip for the knife. I was suprised and honored by the gesture. His only request was that I send him the knife so he could make the slip. So I did.

Last Thursday a package arrived. I am absolutely blown away at the kindness. Not only did he send a slip for the 65, he also included an additional total carry package.

Thank you John. I can’t express how fortunate I feel to have these slips and the boys knife. Unbelievable, I am honored.
