An honest question

First of all before I get started. I want to make it perfectly clear that I am not trying to stir up any schiznit whatsoever about the MadDog/Maxpedition knife thing. I just have a design question. I was looking at the pictures of the knife/handle design and I wondered what keeps the blade from coming free of the handle portion? What does one do in this instance? Carry on......

The handles are molded on under heat and pressure. The tang has holes drilled through it so the handle material passes through it. I would assume at least a couple times. I wouldn't worry about the handle coming off unless you cut it off. If it did come off, I'd use epoxy, but the Elmer's picture made me laugh!
