How about if whenever some dork tries to post a message all in capitals he gets a polite message saying, "Sorry, your post has been rejected because you are a dork."

Or maybe they could word it differently ... the automatic message doesn't have to call him a dork ... it could call him a bunghole instead ... or maybe just say, "...because your capslock key is stuck."

A word or a phrase in caps is okay but I keep seeing entire messages in nothing but caps from the same dorks over and over. We have autocensorship software already....

Or to make life really interesting, one night turn a feature on that would do this at random. Spark would have a nice wad of email the following morning.
