This may have been discussed in the past, and if so, please let me know and maybe let me know what to search on.
I popped off one of the scales from one of my SAKs recently, since I'm considering trying to make replacement scales out of something more interesting. Just as a sort of project to keep my hands busy.
Anyway, I got to thinkign about it -- what's to stop me from putting a clip on them? Ihave a handful of extra clips from knives I use clipless.
So I was wondering if you fellows had any suggestions on how I could do this modification -- I have a scale, the original plastic one, and I have a clip. What's the best way to affix the two together? Would an adhesive work or can I get some reaaaaally short screws somewhere? Any ideas?
Thanks,
JamesA
