9. Taxis are cheaper.

7. We have a HUGE Convention Center! With rates that are competitive with other locations!

5. A new major International airport! Convienently located only ONE time zone away from whereever in town you
want to go.
4. Numerous points of interest - new NFL stadium, new professional baseball complex, new venue for NBA & NHL!
Nearby Rocky Mountain National Park, Air Force Academy, some of the best skiing in the world, tours of the Coors
factory. The list is TRULY endless!!!
3. Fantastic climate. If you don't like the weather, wait 24 hours!!!

1. I live in nearby Golden too and wouldn't have to fly to NY or Dallas or etc.
Other good things:
Our streets generally run North-South, East-West.
Road and highway construction is generally allowed Monday morning rush hour through Friday evening rush hour.
The City of Golden has recently introduced "Traffic Circles". ALWAYS entertaining & free of charge!! Several fast
food restaraunts are located nearby for SAFE viewing from the parking lots
Denver is home to Samsonite - the world's largest manufacturer of luggage! If your luggage is say, lost or
damaged in the multi million dollar luggage handling system at DIA...
Denver has an omelet named after it!

EVERY car dealership in the metro area is owned by or named after former NFL great John Elway.
