This is a Maserin Spider design by Salvatore Puddu.
It is a unique one since instead having the scales in steel and ebony, the bolster has been laminated in 24 carat gold by Puddu himself!

Its beautiful but I don't see how you open the blade? It begs [me] for some sort of custom fastners, the torx look out of place IMO, maybe something hogue ex01 style that takes the 4 pin tool.

It's a beautiful knife. A little too fancy for me to carry tho. I'd be afraid I'd scratch the gold bolsters. I use my knives.

Very nice looker! do you flip the jimping to open it, or do you own 2 Spider's one open and one closed
