An inexpensive flipper that can carry left handed.

Title says it all. It needs to be under $60. I am thinking about the buck knives but if there are any more let me know.

If you're a leftie and a knife enthusiast I assume you've learned to manipulate a right handed liner lock with your left hand... So get a Skyline. It's a cliche for a reason. I don't know that I've ever seen an inexpensive lefty flipper that I actually wanted to purchase. Lefty skyline would be awesome.

Rat1. Thumbstuds on both sides of the blade and the clip can go on both sides of either end. Best $30 I've spent.

I carry the cryo front right & tip up and I forget I have it there.

I take it by "carry left handed" he meant one that the clip could be swapped to the left side. In that case, the skyline would be out.

I like the Kershaw Knockout for a flipper in that price range.

I had a Cryo, and even though the loss of it caused me to buy my D2 Griptillian, I really miss the Cryo. Kershaw also came out with a cool new flipper a while back, I think it's called the Camber. I haven't seen many formal reviews but it looks a lot like the blur, but with a better blade shape, no thumb studs, and a flipper. It's slightly about your price range but the extra $ gets you S30V steel.

I also love my Cryo G10. For just about every thread like this it is the knife I recommend, but those are usually for righties. I reviewed it on my non-BF blog. Your options for moving the clip around on the G10 are limited to tip up or tip down. The tip down would be fine for left front pocket carry.

That said, the inexpensive flipper I would suggest more strongly in this case is the Kershaw Scrambler. I really like mine. It's a bit of a big knife, but not monstrous. I really like the assisted open on the Scrambler more than any of the other assisted opens I've had. I can't quite explain why, it just feels nice. Like it pops out quick, but doesn't feel like a switchblade. The clip on the Scrambler is set up for left/right tip up. It's a frame lock like the Cryo, so if you are fine with that I think it could be a good option for you.

Cryo and Cryo 2 are great choices. I also really like the Buck Vantage line. I'm a lefty so can attest these work well for us southpaws.

Here is the Buck Vantage flipping with both hands (note that left/right is flipped by my webcam):

This is how you use the deployment hole with your left hand (pinch with thumb and index finger):

I would also recommend the Cryo. For the price it is a slick little knife. Even though I have been a little disappointed in SOG lately I think the Twitch II is a fun knife as well.
