An interesting find

A friend of mine frequents estate sales and second hand stores. He came across this and knows I have numerous Case knives. Has anyone seen this before or know the author?

The name is not showing well in the picture. It is Mrs. Dewey P (Lavona) Freguson of Fairborn Ohio.
