Living out in the woods as I do, I watch a lot of The Teaching Company's DVDs So

My Brain Doesn't Rot. One of the reviewers of TTC asked the following question.

" Lots of People are Loyal to Companies. How many Companies are Loyal to their

Customers? " HI is one the few I can think of. 'Nuf Said:thumbup:

A GOOD EXAMPLE.

Years ago and subsequently I have bought several Tarwars. One I had given to my grandson for Xmas.

It was broken at the hilt, alegedly not abused. I did interrogate my grandson over that fact. Convinced it was not abuse, I contacted UB. He arranged to have it repaired and I was quite satisfied.
Sometime in the last few months, my grandson told me it had broken again. Hmmmmm!
I ordered another Tarwar as a replacement which I paid for, one of Yangdus best buys. In the course of the transaction I mentioned the broken Tarwar and the history of it. Yangdu REMINDED me of the lifetime guarantee. I declined the offer and this time I had my doubts about how the Tarwar had been broken the 2nd time.

Yangdu was being overly fair and I refused to take advantage. HI is an extremely honest company and deserves the loyalty and fairness from its customers.

ICS, it is also good to see honest, loyal customers. Good on you.
