An old 120 gets a new sheath

either that shoemaker fella is a giant, or that youtube guy is super short...

im less interested in the sheath and more into this shoemakers boots he makes.....

regardless was decent video....

Enjoyed that video, much more detail and much better quality than the ones we made from leather-working kits in the boy scouts! OH

I wanna know if the 120 rides in his saddle bag or is gonna be dangling in the wind and flapping all over the place. 😂

I like that he used the 120 for one of the leather cuts.

Zac in the Wild does really good videos. I enjoyed his tenure of the BladeHQ youtube video host more than any of the other prior or since. I was disappointed when he left BladeHQ, but pleasantly surprised when he returned with his own channel.

Be sure to check out his video on the Bowie knife! Some good history on Bucks knives too. But the main thing I got from this video is just how much work and time go into a Custom shieth. Plus the wide variety of tools and machines it takes for a modern shieth maker to craft one. I'll always look at a one of one Custom shieth under $100.00 as a real bargain.

He works for Nick's who is one of the long standing high end work boot manufacturers from the Pacific northwest.

Love that guy! But did he know he can go on the Buck web and get a new replacement sheath for north of $20 or $30 last I looked? Now if he was having something fancy/special/custom done i could see having one made ( shout out to Makael Makael ) but it looked real close to an original.
Just my 2 cents but cool video.

Except it has a dangler, and he also probably just wanted a video opportunity.

They listed some 119/120 sheaths on their website for $50 but they sold out very fast. They listed more a day or so later and they were all purchased. Wasn’t a bad looking sheath.

There is quite a size differential between those two guys.
I would have stood on a spackle bucket.

I guess this means I have to buy my motorcycles knives for Christmas.
