Went to my Grandfathers for Christmas Eve and we got to talking about knives, and he brought out these two he's had for a long time. He's never really used or carried the Camillus, but kept it regardless. I posted in the Bernard Levine forum for info on it. http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=520729

Also, the old yellow stockman? which he has carried since my dad can remember, some 30 or 40 years. He found it in the parking lot were he worked for a couple of years. It already had the two broken blades when he found it. It has someones name on one of the yellow scales because I guess it was something you got from the company for 25 years of service.
The stampings read:
Kutmaster
Utica NY
USA
Any info on it would be nice. As you can see it has seen better days, the yellow scales seem to have shrunk and pulled away from the bolsters which seems odd for a synthetic material. The two blades that are broken seem like they were sharpened to toothpics before they broke.

So first the Camillus:

Cool looking Camillus. I like how the bale has three little carvings on the ends of it.

Thanks, the Camillus is in great shape, and seems to have been made very well. After handling this one, I just wish I was old enough to have owned one myself in a pattern I liked.

Wow, thanks. I never thought of that. There are a couple of nice ones on ebay. Maybe I'll have to pick up a scout knife for any future sons.
