An old friend bidding

Is this the infamous "pammo13" guy? I've read so much about him, and his crack habit.

gollnick, you are a real cool guy and know alot about balisong and benchmade. how did you do it. how long have you been collecting, how old our you and do you have any m.arts back ground?

Ok, those are fair questions.

I've been collecting balisongs for about nine years now, I guess. I currently own about 450 - 500 pieces right now. I'm a bit back in catalogging my collection, the production Benchmade stuff is not catalogged, just inventoried, and I have sold and traded some pieces over the years, so I really don't know off hand just exactly how many I have. I'm hoping to get some time in the near future to straighten that out.

I live in Sherwood, Oregon which is just a short drive from Oregon City where Benchmade has its facilities. I've also been fortunate to get to meet quite a number of knowledgable people over the years. So, I've learned a lot. Unfortunately, there is no book that I'm aware of that really covers balisongs very well at all. So, you've just got to talk to people.

How old am I? Well, let's just say I'm going through a mid-life crisis right now.

I study Arnis-Kali-Eskrima, Filipino martial arts, and also Laos Kickboxing (I'm not very good, but it's a great way to keep in shape) currently under Guru Kurtis Goodwin at API in Portland, Oregon.

Aw now, the seller states that it is "still in VERY good condition" and with the prior sales I doubt that anything I bid will ever bust the reserve; I just liked the handle insert color because it's the same as the first bali I ever bought.............
