An old Schrade pocket knife box I picked up this weekend...

Hi. This is my first post to the Schrade Knife Collectors Forum and I thought I'd start off with showing you this small box I purchased a couple days ago at a small out-of-the-way antique store in the middle of Illinois.
I love the graphics! It is in good condition, all the corners and sides are solid. I assume this is 1930's vintage? Anybody got a picture of the type knife that originally came in the box?

Welcome to BFC and the Schrade Forum! I do not have an original knife, here though is a pic taken from a copy of an old Schrade Cut Co Catalogue. Very nice old box, very good find!

Thanks for the welcome and the information Russell. I think I'll keep an eye out for one of these old knives and store it with the box.
Any thoughts on the age?

Listed first in the catalogue in 1936, until ? Somewhat hard to say exactly. In 1946 the Company name was changed to Schrade Walden, it could of possibly ran until then.
