Dear Yangdu,
I just wanted to say what a wonderful job you are doing with Himalayan Imports. I have never seen better quality pieces. The variety of new knives and swords coming out of BirGorka is just amazing. Everything we have asked of you has been done. You must truly be a strong woman to deal with the kamis and get them to do what you wish. You deserve our thanks for taking on this difficult job by yourself, and doing it so well! Blessings on you and your family! :)

I want to chime in here. Aunt Yangdu has been through a lot and still has managed to help run a sucessful international company. Congratulations and I'm glad that you are here.
 
I have to say I am also impressed with the volume of pieces that are being produced, yet all by hand and all are quality. It is also interesting how the presentations have us looking forward to see what is going to show up next.

Yep, our Miss Yangdu is indeed a shining star on a shining path.:thumbup: :D

Enough can't be said of the many models and the quality of the pix we have been getting. Both are superb to say the least!!!!:thumbup: :D :cool:
 
I am now a "perpetual" HI customer. Kind of on a wave. I can't sell off the old excellent quality "plain" HI knives fast enough to keep up with all the great new models, wood types, specials and creative designs showing up! :D The new guys just starting to build their collections today are going to end up with a great cross-section of new and unique models.

Yangdu has made the transition on her own look seamless to all of us, but I know it was thru much hard work. I'm glad I am here to see things going so well.

I have been 100% satisfied with everything from Himalayan Imports, and consider myself lucky and my life enriched for having found Uncle Bill's Cantina. We are brought together here in learning, friendship and laughter. And sometimes worry and prayer, but we are here for one another.

Thank you for the wonderful products, and the positive karma that comes with them. With encouragement from many good people here, I have been able to change my life for the better. I am now 4 months without drinking alcohol, an accomplishment for me. Also, I have taken on a more demanding (and better paying) job and so far am doing well at it.

There is good steel in your khukuris.
