A couple of months ago, I bought a small Vapor.
I'd never owned a framelock and wanted to check it out.
I think the little Vapor is Kershaw's cheapest knife, but could be wrong.
This knife has been my main edc since I bought it.
I went back to the store today and looked at the Chive, Leek, and Storm (big one) Interestingly enough, all of them seemed cheaper than the Vapor to me. They all have plastic pieces. The scales on the Chive and Leek are held together with plastic?
I was specifically looking at framelocks. The little Vapor has the thickest lock relief of them all. I couldn't believe how deep the relief was on the other three. It seemed paper thin by comparison!
Of the four knives mentioned, I'll take the Vapor every time.
On another note, I really like the Cyclone and Junkyard Dog. The Junkyard Dog may just be the best bang for buck in the knife world.
