What are the stats? For instance, how thick is the blade on the Beacon?

Also, is the new Elementum a frame lock? (Would anything prevent people from swapping blades with their D2 models?)

Ok the Beacon is the sexy framelock Practic, which I wanted to check out but it was a bit vanilla and I never grabbed one before they disappeared. I'm guessing the Beacon is a flat grind, I hope it's a nice high hollow though, and I think it looks incredible, not to dismiss the Elementum like this

NG, you need to hang around the Seller's area and find yourself a Practic. I have one and its hands down a super knife.
Sorry no plans to seperate myself from it.

You could always get both and do a swap. I did that with a pair of Civivi Governors to get the combination of gray scales, black hardware, and Damascus.

For my brothers waiting for the new WE Elementum:
1. Frame lock
2. About 175 (was hoping for a little lower but...they gave it a WE tax)
3. Not sure about the clip, but should be Ti, looks just like the original in terms of shape

Edit: okay so the damascus one is 500+$...

Not sure about buying 2 now maybe I'll just live with the black Dama one.

This isn't the first time that I've played Frankenstein with knives. With new-condition parts and careful work, selling or trading can work. I've had good luck with auctions. As a gold member, you'll have additional options here.

Might be blasphemy, but I decided I didn't need both my M390 and 20CV PM2, but I liked the tan 20CV scales better, but my M390 blade has an engraving, so I switched the scales and found someone looking for an upgraded user
