A while ago, a soldier had ordered to Sam a knife.

This soldier order this knife as if he had ordered a part of his equipment. It is not a collector...

He wanted 25 cm, 9" 7/8 blade, no guard, a handle which would not move.

A blade tool, but which could be of use as weapon to the case of emergency .....soo a recurve and the tip "up".

After six months of use in western Africa...

Great story, thanks for posting. Very nice work on the knife, it looks like it served him well.

Great looking blade that has appeared to serve it's user and purpose quite well. Can't wait to see it all cleaned up!

looks a little like one of my blades after a few forest sessions, (well, without the chips in the edge)!

Thx Guys, but I have one bad news........ the knife restarted. Well for the service...

But as would say it Sam it is very ordinary this knife.....

Maybe next time...

I can tell from the pictures that the knife has been through some pretty hard service with it's owner!
It really has a soul of it's own attached to it.
Thanks for sharing :)
