I recently received one of these, so I wrote an article on it at DefenseReview.com (which I own and run). Here's the link to my Hissatsu article:

Hope you guys like it. We're not knife experts at "Defense Review", but we're going to try to do more tactical knife articles in the future, anyway. "Defense Review" is a tactical weaponry and equipment site, and our primary focus is firearms. However, we do see the importance of providing content about tactical edged weaponry, as well, since edged weapons are an important element in any military Spec-Ops or LE SWAT/SRT load-out package.

Thanks for the kind words. Glad you liked what you saw over at "Defense Review". We work hard at it. Anyway, I just thought the Bladeforums crowd might like to read something new on the "Hissatsu". It's an interesting knife.

Thank-you very much for your review, pictures and many links. I liek the honesty in your review. Also, linking to other knives of this style was fantastic. I have loved this style of blade ever since I learned about it. I definitely would love to get one of these blades. With luck, I'll be able to make one for myself this year. Right now I'm just too busy with blades for other folks!
