ATTENTION: We are renaming our Sword of Isis to Khopesh Sword of the Nile. This sword was originally named after an Egyption Goddess. However, the letters in Isis also represents the foreign terrorist organization that has recently been tied to the massacre of thousands of innocent people. It’s taken some work to get this changed, but we knew it was necessary.

Probably a good idea to change the name. That is one heck of a design, and one heck of a sword. I like it a lot. I know this forum isn't exactly the right one, but I'd love to see a WIP on how you made it, i.e., CNC'ed out of a larger section? Forged to shape, etc. It must be a real challenge to make.

Thanks David for the comment on my sword. I really enjoy making it. Yeah, I cut them out of large sheets of 1095 carbon steel. Someday when things slow down, I think I will start making WIP type videos, like I did with my bows at one time.

I would like to see a wip, especially on a sword as curvy as this one; even grinding the bevels must represent a challenge.
