he said, thats INFI was the very very good steel. :thumbup:
And he knews what he says, he is 67 years old.

Nice group of knives. And I too like the swedge on the BA. Seems to dress it up a bit. :thumbup:

And the background is interesting. What is funny is that you could take a very similar picture from La Cross Wisconsin. Very Similar - perhaps that is why so many Germans settled there. And they set up a nice brewery once they got there too - priorities!!
