Let's just say that I am a happy camper!

8.5" overall length, with a blade of almost 4.25" from tip to guard. O1/L6 twist with 80 layers. Stainless guard and gorgeous stag handle. :)

And, the wicked Warncliffe!

Overall length of 8.5" with a blade length of a little over 4". Blade is forged W1 with clay temper(the pic does not show this well). Handle is super nice ironwood with nickel pins and thonghole. I'm telling ya, this guy is good! :)

Those two are sweet! Of course I think the stag handled knife is an absolute beauty, but that wharncliff sure has a special look to it. I hope to see these two in person some day...(hint hint)
Nice snag there Danbo.

Dan,

Those are beautiful knives. I really love that wharncliffe. Something about a forged simple utility knife really has been getting me going lately. Practical and beautiful, a great combination. Bring that bad boy to the Tulsa show so I can inspect those things up close and personal. That may help me decide which table to hit first at Blade. :D

Real nice Danbo - that stag / damascus knife is quite stunning and the little wharncliffe looks very handy. Great job again by Nick.

Cheers,

Roger

Mongo, you know where I live. Belleville is not that far away from you, that you can't come on down. :)

Jeremy, I will bring these and more to Tulsa. You can sure bet on that!

Roger, I knew these were going to be nice, but I had no idea these were going to be this nice! These knives are worthy of Mastersmith status. I can't wait to see the stuff he will be making once he makes Mastersmith!

Awesome knives. I just wish you could let me know how that W-1 blade cuts. I have a tac/utility on order from Nick using the same steel. He said it was good stuff!

He really has that multi-piece guard down to an art. Looks good with the stag/damascus combo. Too cool for words.

That wharnie is sweet as well. Very nice lines that just flow. The wood ain't bad either

They're both nice, but I think that clip point damascus hunter is exceptional. The stag handle fits perfectly to the ferrule, the stag looks awesome and the finish is superb. That's a great knife.
