Paddling_Man :D:D

There were many, many great entries, some very funny. But the honors go to Paddling Man. He actually had several that I thought were very good including
1)To deflate a pinned raft in whitewater
2)To shove into a doorjam to prevent entry
3)To bust open the ice in the dog bowl during a chilly St. Louis winter
4)To mark pilot holes in woodwork

However, the winning entry was Emergency rescue tool to pull the body up should one fall through the ice.

This was actually suggested by at least 3 people, Paddling Man, RatFinkenstein, and Andy Wayne, but Paddling Man was the first to post the suggestion. (beat RF by 23 mins)
